In order to increase the success rate of researchers applying to the 2025 MSCA PF call, Pre-Evaluation Support for MSCA projects is being provided within the scope of the activities of the Directorate of International Cooperation .
The objective of the support is to encourage the submission of more and higher-quality proposals to be implemented in host institutions in Türkiye, thereby increasing the country’s success within the Horizon Europe Programme. Researchers may apply for this support to have their draft project proposals reviewed and improved by experts and institutions with experience in evaluating proposals under this scheme before submission to the European Commission.
The MSCA PF 2025 call is open for applications to the European Commission until 10 September 2025. The Pre-Evaluation Support call will open on 23 June 2025, and the deadline for applications is 31 July 2025. Applications must be submitted online with an electronic signature via https://uidb-destekodul.tubitak.gov.tr/. - Each researcher may apply for the Pre-Evaluation Support only once for the MSCA PF 2025 call. The evaluation process begins once the e-signature process is completed, and it may take approximately 2–3 weeks. Therefore, in order to receive effective pre-evaluation service, it is recommended not to wait until the application deadline.
